PAYMENT OPTIONS

 She*kat currently uses PAYPAL, an online service that enables us to send you an invoice via email and enables you to pay for the order via secure server online with your credit card. You must be registered with Paypal (owned by Ebay) to pay online.

She*kat also accepts money orders and personal checks.  Payment made by personal check will delay your shipment since we have to wait for your check to clear before we can ship your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, she*kat will be happy to process a Return or Exchange for you.  Items MUST be unused, in their original condition and Return/Exchange must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving them.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS

If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone, mail or email. We usually can send you a new, replacement item. We apologize for any inconvenience.
